The Si8220BB-D-ISR is a high-performance isolated gate driver that utilizes an LED emulator input to provide functional upgrades for opto-coupled gate drivers. It features low propagation delays for better timing margins, rock-solid operation over temperature and time, and driver-to-driver withstand voltage of ±1500 VDC. This component is AEC-Q100 qualified and suitable for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in motor control, industrial inverters, and power supplies.
