This high-brightness device integrates three LEDs with InGaN and AlGaInP materials, producing blue, green, and red light with intensities of 220mcd, 1100mcd, and 480mcd respectively. It operates with a maximum forward current of 20/35/45 mA and a maximum forward voltage of 3.8/4/3 V, supporting a reverse voltage of 5 V. The component is housed in a 6mm x 6mm x 1.6mm plastic leaded chip carrier with a 120° viewing angle and colorless, circular lens. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
