Dual output positive fixed LDO regulator with 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of 0.2A maximum output current. Features ultra-low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA for the 1.8V output and 150mV at 100mA for the 3.3V output. Housed in a compact 6-pin USP-C EP surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and offers ±2% accuracy, current limit, and short circuit protection. Suitable for applications requiring efficient and stable voltage regulation within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
