Features ultra-low dropout voltages of 80mV and 150mV at 100mA respectively, with a maximum input voltage of 6V and a minimum of 1.5V. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
