Features include ±1% accuracy, low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA typical), and current limit/short circuit protection. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small SMT package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
