Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from 1.5V to 6V input, includes current limit and short circuit protection, and functions within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
