Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface mount package with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, with typical dropout voltages of 0.15V and 0.28V at 100mA respectively. Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
