Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features ultra-low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA, 0.15V @ 100mA) and high accuracy (±2%). Housed in a compact 6-pin USP-C EP surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection.
