Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.2V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features include a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA for the 1.2V output and 280mV at 100mA for the 2.8V output. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) for surface mounting. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range with ±2% output voltage accuracy. Integrated current limit and short circuit protection enhance reliability.
