The TLP3906 is a photovoltaic output photocoupler housed in a 4-pin SO6 package. It consists of a GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode optically coupled to a photodiode array. The device features a built-in control circuit for discharge, which facilitates faster turn-off of the MOSFET gate. It is specifically designed for high-temperature operation and is suitable for driving the gates of MOSFETs in solid-state relays, measurement instrumentation, and industrial applications.
