
The Toshiba TLP632(GB) is a general purpose optocoupler with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV and a collector emitter voltage of 55V. It can handle a maximum collector current of 50mA and a maximum input current of 60mA. The device is packaged in a PDIP-6 package and is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -25°C to 85°C. It is not RoHS compliant.
