
General purpose optocoupler featuring 5kV isolation voltage and 3.75kV maximum isolation voltage. This surface mount device offers a high current transfer ratio of 7500% with a maximum collector current of 80mA and maximum input current of 50mA. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to 100°C, it provides 1kV collector-emitter voltage and 1V collector emitter saturation voltage. The single-channel, Darlington output optocoupler is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
