Positive fixed output LDO regulator, providing 1.3V at up to 0.3A. Features a 1.5V minimum input voltage and a 5.5V maximum input voltage. SOT-89 package (TO-243-AA) with 6 pins (5+Tab) for surface mounting, measuring 4.5mm x 2.5mm x 1.5mm. Dropout voltage is 0.31V at 300mA, with line regulation of 0.2%/V and load regulation of 40mV. Includes current limit protection and operates from -40°C to 85°C.
