This low profile power transformer features dual primary and dual secondary configurations, with a high potential of 3750Vrms. It is designed for through hole mounting with PC pin leads and has 16 terminals. The operating temperature range is from -40 degrees Celsius to an unspecified maximum. The transformer can operate at primary frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz, with the primary side connection configurable as either parallel or series, and the secondary side connection also configurable as either parallel or series.
