The 112-45-11-221 (also known as SD112-45-11-221) is a high-performance detector/amplifier hybrid designed for low-noise applications. It integrates a blue-enhanced silicon photodiode with an operational amplifier featuring an internal feedback resistor of 600 MΩ and a feedback capacitor. The device is housed in a hermetically sealed TO-5 metal can package, providing excellent durability and protection against environmental factors. It operates on a single supply voltage range of 5V to 15V and is optimized for low-frequency precision light measurement in military, industrial, and medical instrumentation.
