The AOZ2261NQI-11 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator that operates from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 28V. It is capable of supplying 8A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V (±1.0%). The device utilizes a proprietary constant on-time (COT) PWM control with input feed-forward to provide ultra-fast transient response while maintaining a relatively constant switching frequency. It features integrated internal NFETs with low RDS(ON), programmable on-time up to 2.6µs, and selectable PFM for improved light-load efficiency. Protection features include VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown.
