
The AO6409 is a single-element junction field-effect transistor with a maximum continuous drain current of 5.5A and a maximum drain to source voltage of 20V. It features a maximum gate to source voltage of 8V and an input capacitance of 1.45nF. The device is packaged in a surface-mount TSOP package and is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The AO6409 is RoHS compliant and is available on tape and reel.
