The AS1918V-T is a simple reset/power-on reset IC from AMS, suitable for operating temperatures between -40°C and 125°C. It monitors a single voltage and provides a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 1.2V or rises above 3.6V. The IC has a low supply current of 19uA and a reset timeout of 100ms. It is available in a lead-free SOT-23-5 package and is packaged on a cut tape.
