Monolithic 12-bit quad digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate. This IC offers 4 DAC channels with bipolar output polarity and voltage output type. It operates with a dual supply voltage range of 11.4V to 16.5V, a full-scale error of 5 LSB, and integral nonlinearity of 0.75 LSB. Encased in a CDIP package with tin/lead contact plating, it supports a parallel interface and has a settling time of 10 µs. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
