High-performance operational amplifier with a 150 µV maximum input offset voltage and 50,000 minimum voltage gain. This single-function, voltage-feedback amplifier features a 5000 V/µs nominal slew rate and operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 20-terminal ceramic quad flat pack (CQFP), it is designed for military temperature grades and meets MIL-STD-883 screening. Nominal supply voltage is ±15V, with limits up to ±20V, and a maximum supply current of 0.03A.
