Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.25V to 2.75V and single supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. Packaged in TSSOP with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C with a low quiescent current of 2.7µA.
