
Octal voltage output 8-bit DACs featuring a 167KS/s conversion rate and 8-bit resolution. These ICs offer a unipolar voltage output with a settling time of 6µs and a slew rate of 0.7V/µs. Operating from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, they provide an integral nonlinearity of 0.75LSB and interface via SPI serial communication. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP with tin-matte contact plating, these RoHS compliant converters are supplied on tape and reel.
