Features voltage output, internal/external voltage reference, and a maximum settling time of 7 µs. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads, measuring 5mm x 4.4mm x 1.05mm (Max) and a 0.65mm pin pitch. Suitable for surface mounting with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
