Dual 12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offer a high bandwidth of 21.3MS/s with a parallel interface. Featuring two DAC channels, each with 12-bit resolution, these ICs provide a conversion rate of 21.3MS/s and a settling time of 80ns. The devices operate with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and support input voltages from -10V to 10V, producing an output voltage range of 0µV to 20V. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 1LSB, and the component is housed in a SOP package with Tin/Lead contact plating.
