Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a maximum output voltage of 10V. Achieves 2LSB integral nonlinearity and 6LSB full-scale error. Offers a 92dB signal-to-noise ratio and a 1µs settling time. Packaged in a 10-lead LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
