Quad, current-output, serial-input 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) feature a 500 kS/s conversion rate and SPI, serial, 3-wire interface. These general-purpose DACs offer 16-bit resolution with integral nonlinearity of 2 LSB and a settling time of 0.9 µs. Operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply, they provide unipolar current output and are housed in a 1.75mm height, 10.2mm length, 5.3mm width SOP package with tin, matte contact plating.
