Features SPI, serial, and 3-wire interface, unipolar output polarity, and a settling time of 500ns. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical 5V operating voltage and 10uA supply current. Housed in a compact SOP package with tin, matte contact plating, measuring 3mm in length and width, and 0.85mm in height. Integral nonlinearity is 1LSB, with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
