8-Bit nanoDAC® digital-to-analog converter with a 1.7MS/s conversion rate. Features an I2C compatible serial interface and a bipolar/unipolar voltage output. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 500µW. Housed in a tiny SC70 package with gold contact plating, measuring 2.2mm in length, 1.35mm in width, and 1mm in height. Integral nonlinearity is 0.5LSB, with a settling time of 6µs and a slew rate of 0.5V/µs.
