8-Bit nanoDAC® digital-to-analog converter with a 1.7MS/s conversion rate. Features an I²C compatible serial interface and a single-channel voltage output. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 500µW. Housed in a compact SC package with gold contact plating, offering a 6µs settling time and 0.5V/µs slew rate. Integral nonlinearity is 0.5LSB, with bipolar and unipolar output polarity options.
