10-bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a parallel interface and a single analog output channel. Offers 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 0.25 µs settling time. Operates with supply voltages from 4.5V to 16.5V, with a maximum dual supply voltage of 16.5V. Housed in a CDIP package with tin/lead contact plating, this through-hole mount component supports bipolar and unipolar output polarity.
