Operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply, delivering a unipolar voltage output. Integral nonlinearity is 1 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and slew rate of 1.5 V/µs. Packaged in an 8-lead SOT-23, this RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
