Operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 500 µW. Integral nonlinearity is 2 LSB, with unipolar voltage output ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Packaged in a tiny SC70 with gold contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
