Dual 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 5 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference. This unipolar, voltage-output DAC offers a 287 kS/s conversion rate and a 3 µs settling time. It supports SPI serial interface and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 2 LSB, with a maximum output voltage of 5V. Packaged in SOP for surface mounting, this component is supplied on tape and reel.
