Dual 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 5 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference. This unipolar voltage output DAC offers a 287 kS/s conversion rate and a 3 µs settling time. It supports SPI serial interface and operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The component is housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating and is RoHS compliant.
