This denseDAC offers a 166 kS/s conversion rate and a 2.5 µs settling time. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, it provides a unipolar voltage output with a maximum of 5V. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 1 LSB, with a slew rate of 1.5 V/µs.
