Single-channel, 14-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate and SPI serial interface. This unipolar voltage output DAC offers an integral nonlinearity of 4 LSB and a settling time of 8 µs. Operating from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 3.3V, it provides a voltage output range of 2.5V to 5V. The component is housed in an MSOP package with tin, matte contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
