Operates with dual supply voltages up to 15V, with a maximum supply voltage of 16.5V. Integral nonlinearity is 0.75 LSB, with a settling time of 500ns. Packaged in a CDIP with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for through-hole mounting. Extended operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
