Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, outputting a unipolar voltage from 0µV to 5V. Integral nonlinearity is 8 LSB, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 90dB and a slew rate of 0.8V/µs. Packaged in LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
