Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 15V. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, settling time is 7.5 µs, and slew rate is 3.5 V/µs. Packaged in a 14-pin SOP with tin matte contact plating, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
