Dual operational amplifier IC featuring a 1 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 1.8 V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a minimum voltage gain of 150,000 and a maximum input offset voltage of 3000 µV. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V and a maximum supply current of 0.4mA. The 8-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP8, CERDIP-8) provides frequency compensation and low bias current characteristics.
