
Monolithic 12-bit quad digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate and bipolar output. This integrated circuit offers 12-bit resolution across four DAC channels, with a typical integral nonlinearity of 1 LSB and a full-scale error of 7 LSB. It operates with a dual supply voltage range of 11.4V to 16.5V, supporting input voltages from -13V to 13V and producing output voltages from 0µV to 26V. The device is housed in a CDIP package with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
