
Microprocessor-compatible 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 500 kS/s conversion rate and 2µs settling time. This single-channel voltage output DAC offers a bipolar and unipolar output polarity with a maximum output voltage of 20V. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 0.5 LSB, and the device operates with dual supply voltages between 11.4V and 16.5V. The component is housed in a P package with tin/lead contact plating and has a maximum power dissipation of 555mW.
