
12-bit, 200 kSPS complete sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single-ended input and parallel interface. This through-hole mounted component operates with a dual supply voltage range of 11.4V to 12.6V, consuming 560mW of power. It offers a 12-bit resolution with an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1LSB and a full-scale error of 6LSB. The CDIP package has tin/lead contact plating and supports bipolar and unipolar polarity.
