Industrial temperature grade operational amplifier featuring a 4 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 20 V/µs slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 2000 µV and a typical bias current of 100 pA. Designed with an 8-pin metal can package (TO-99), it operates from a ±15V nominal supply voltage and supports a wide supply voltage range up to ±18V. The amplifier provides a minimum voltage gain of 100,000 and a common-mode reject ratio of 80.
