Dual operational amplifier featuring a 4 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 20 V/µs slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a minimum open-loop gain of 100,000 and a maximum input offset voltage of 1500 µV. Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, with limits up to ±18V. The device is housed in an 8-terminal ceramic DIP package.
