
Dual BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz -3dB bandwidth and 20V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 4MHz gain bandwidth product, 25pA input bias current, and 300µV input offset voltage. Designed for dual supply operation from ±4.5V to ±18V, it provides 70dB CMRR and 95dB PSRR. The component is housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm package with tin-lead plating.
