Quad operational amplifier featuring a 4 MHz bandwidth and 1000 µV maximum input offset voltage. This voltage-feedback architecture offers a minimum voltage gain of 100,000 and a nominal slew rate of 20 V/µs. Operating across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, this 14-terminal device is housed in a CDIP package. It supports dual supply operation with nominal voltages of ±15V and a maximum supply current of 12mA.
