24-bit, 4.8kSPS delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring 16 pseudo-differential/differential input channels. This single ADC offers serial (3-wire, SPI, QSPI, Microwire) digital interface and requires an external voltage reference. Housed in a 32-pin LFCSP EP package with a 5mm x 5mm footprint and 0.5mm pin pitch, it supports surface mount installation and operates within a -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
