This IC offers a full-scale error and integral nonlinearity of 0.5 LSB, with a unipolar output polarity. Operating from an 11.4V to 16.5V supply, it has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and a settling time of 7µs. The component is housed in a CDIP package with tin/lead contact plating and supports through-hole mounting.
