12-bit serial Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with a 100KS/s sampling rate and 300KS/s conversion rate. Features a single bipolar/unipolar voltage output with a 5V maximum output voltage. Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 10.8V to 16.5V and a maximum input voltage of 4.95V. Integral nonlinearity is 1LSB, with a full-scale error of 6LSB. Interface supports 3-wire serial and SPI protocols. Packaged in a PDIP with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for through-hole mounting.
